TEAM WORK
Team Work is promoted on a daily basis as part of any OYC Cheerleading Program. Members learn to work together as a Team to reach common goals and understand what it means to depend on one another.
LEADERSHIP
There are many opportunities for our cheerleaders to show and learn many leadership skills! We strive to involve all our members in leadership rolls teaching self confidence, compromise and organization.

OYC is a youth organization which regulates consistency in safety, organization, instruction and techniques for all its member programs. We are the largest Youth Cheer Organization in the Northwest and the first to set the standard for Youth Rec Cheer!
